«Museum Night» in the National Gallery of Foreign Art in Sofia

On May 15, 2010 in the National Gallery of Foreign Art in Sofia «Museum Night» took place, that aroused great interest among young people. National Roerich Society — Bulgarian Branch of the ICR participated in organization of the event. V. Tsinandova-Kharalampieva, professor of the National Musik Academy, delivered a lecture on the topic «Music collection — code for the spiritual world of the Roerich family» in the Roerich Hall of the National Gallery. According to the lecturer someone's favourite music as well as creativity could speak a lot about a man and his inner world. Favourite music compositions of the Roerichs are evidences of the fact that they were heroes and true ascetics for whom heroism and life were inseparable concepts.
