I, Dr. Svetoslav Roerich living at the estate Tataguni, Kanapura Road, Bangalore, Karnataka, South India, Emeritus, President of the International Centre of the Roerichs in Moscow, handed the heritage of my parents, Nicholas and Helena Roerich, over to the Soviet Fund of the Roerichs in 1990, confirm that the International Centre of the Roerichs created on my initiative is the legal successor of the Soviet Fund of the Roerichs
